I understand what you are saying but, Bruna only told you her version of the story.  You being an educated man, lawyer and a well know citizen of Brazil would you not want to know the other side of the story.  I practice international law and you have not seen me write or quote the law.  This is a case of morality not law.  I only have one question for you. Now that you have a child of your own, how would you feel if someone takes that child from you? Think about what you are doing, you are keeping a son from his true father. I do not want to speak badly of your Bruna but don't you question why she left her husband in the USA, returned to Brazil, met you and remarried so quickly. I am currently on my second marriage and hopefully last, I have a son with my first wife. My son visits me here in the USA and I visit him in my country, but I would never think of keeping him here away from his mother. MY CHOICE was that he remain with his mother. We have a great relationship and I would not want that to change. Just think if your wife were to keep your child away from you. Think of this that your wife and her new husband would keep your own child away from you. I know you would do anything including swim the entire Amazon in order to regain custody of your child. All I ask is have some compasion and do the right thing, return Sean to his father.

No, this is now about a child that is being brainwashed, interviewed on camera and a lawyer and grandparents purposely damaging a child to alienate this child from his own father.  This is criminal and someone in the US Government needs to now intervene to rescue this child even if it takes military action.   HR 2702 should be passed so that Brazil suffers financially and that will help as well but in the mean time, Sean needs to be taken  by force from the criminals and child abusers!
