How to post pictures and attach PDF documents for everyone's review?

I have 2 questions:
 
1 - How do I post pictures? (I cannot attach them to a post)
 
2 - How do I post a PDF document for everyone's review?

When you hit the "Post Reply" button, you'll see a string of icons at the top of the text box.
 
Click the "paperclip" (top row) to manage attachments.
 
Click the yellow square with what appear to be two mountains with the sun over them (bottom row) to manage insert an image.

Small mistake, this icon can only be used to insert the HTML code for an image that exists on an Internet server or photo hosting service such as Flicker or another website.

To insert an image or any other approved file type from your PC/MAC use the Paperclip  "Manage Attachments."

Please note the restrictions on File sizes (bytes) and dimensions (pixels).
The picture file sizes and dimensions one normally downloads from their digital camera  far exceed the maximums allowed. You should reduce the dimensions of pictures and save the new file using compression.
