Thanks for the update! I hope that he is able to bring Anand home soon. It's a shame she won't do what is right for all involved. She could come back too. Anand needs his dad in his life.
I don't know what this malaise is all about. Several nuts think that way that a Dad is expendable. And talking about me, my ex is an accomplished Corporate Indian Attorney, doing rounds on several Indian media outlets about how good the US and Canadian systems are, while staying accused of willful-retention/parental-abduction of my only reason for existence - my 3.5-year old daughter Rhea! Now, when a Corporate Lawyer - a leading one at it from India - is indulging in such a despicable action by thumbing at the nose of US Laws and US Courts, what can you say, other than that this is becoming a pandemic and every single high-profile character in the society doing an abduction will only embolden hundreds of weak spouses, who will be tempted to purchase one-way air-tickets at the drop of the hat.
