I've been working on this since I got home and I've only been successful in translating it into goulash. I'm lost on the legal mumbo jumbo, and I'm not sure what they are really saying here.

O juiz Antonio Corrêa, da 9ª Vara Federal do Distrito Federal, afirmou que o advogado ficou impedido de atuar no Conselho enquanto integrou o CNJ por conta da própria indicação do advogado pela OAB para que lhe representasse no órgão. Para o juiz, o Conselho deu interpretação equivocada ao artigo 66, inciso I, do Estatuto dos Advogados. Segundo o dispositivo, o mandato é extinto antes do término quando ocorrer qualquer hipótese de cancelamento de inscrição ou de licenciamento profissional.
O ponto da questão está na expressão “qualquer hipótese”, disse o juiz. “O impetrante não pode ser tratado com a regra geral do artigo 12 do Estatuto.
