Random question, but do you have any idea what the box is in the top picture? I'm guessing it is a gift that she is opening.

Yea...good things. There is a hearing in Brazil on my case April 14th -- and her only defense is that I was never exercising visitation prior to the removal...

And if Brazil is compliant...then yea I'm sure she'll be home soon :hihi

I'm glad to hear that you have a date for a hearing, but I sadly I do not blame you for being skeptical. It is great that you have such a detailed history proving that you exercised visitation, but somehow judges seem to cherry pick what they want sometimes. Do you have any idea how long after the hearing you'll have an answer to what the next step is? (i.e. who appeals first)

I hope that Devon gets faster "justice" than me. It took the judge 2 years to issue his ruling after the hearing for me.
