New Forums Bug Reports, Questions, Problems, Passwords

Please use this thread to report any bugs or problems you may encounter. Ask questions here as well. I am still tweaking the design and layout so don't be alarmed to see changes every day.

Usernames & Passwords were imported from the old Forum software and appear to be working fine. If you cannot recall your Password FIRST attempt to use the "Forgot your password" link. Do NOT check the "Ask me my question" box because the old system did not have this option.

If you are unable to set a new password automatically send me an email techassistance@bringseanhome.org with the following information so I can manually enter the information in the database (passwords are also hidden from Admins).

SUBJECT: BSHF Username/Password help

1: Your REAL NAME i.e. Jane Smith
2: Email Address you input when you initially registered or your best guess.
3: Username, if you recall what it is.
4: New password you would like to use.
5: New email address, if applicable.

Please do not send me and email like this, you will not receive a reply.
