This does prove that she has no intention of following a court order as long it's not in her favor.  Her 'leaving' with the boy should be used against her.  Her family better be helping the authorities or they should be charged for assisting in the continued abduction.

There is update on Folha de São Paulo. They said that since almost one week the mother  and the child were not at her home. Besides that, She was  very nervous and  afraid that they took the child away from her and there was a Habeas Corpus in order to not return the boy to the USA which was not judged!

She is very nervous and afraid that they will take the child away from her ...

1) Isn't that what she did to Kelvin Sr.?

2) Nothing keeps girlfriend from following back to US, am I right?

So in other words, she is very nervous and afraid she is going to have to drag her selfish backside back to the US. I think Kelvin Jr.'s bike can be checked luggage.

The transfer of the boy to the United States will be funded by the Brazilian government.
This is interesting. I fully believe that there are people in Brazil who want to comply with the Hague Convention. The problem lies almost exclusively in the judicial branch.

I agree, it is also my impression that there are a number of people who strongly desire that Brazil comply with The Hague the sooner the better.

If she's using a cell phone, she can be tracked, if she's using a landline it's possible to get records of those calls as well. She's spoken to her brother and Pele, and you mean NOBODY has found her yet  I thought Interpol and the Brazilan police were on this case. How pathetic.

Yea INTERPOL and Brazilian Police are on it: AKA noone is searching...

Useless!  I can't begin to imagine how gut wrenching this is for any parent.
