A Comissão de Constituição e Justiça (CCJ) do Senado aprovou nesta quarta-feira (7) um projeto que pune pais e mães que envolvam seus filhos em brigas conjugais. A punição pode atingir também avós e responsáveis pela criança. O projeto tem caráter terminativo e segue direto para a sanção presidencial.

 A chamada “alienação parental” pode acontecer quando se coloca a criança ou o adolescente contra o pai ou a mãe. Pela lei, se enquadra neste termo a realização de uma “campanha de desqualificação” contra o outro ou a imposição de dificuldades para o contato entre a criança e o genitor.
