Their stupidity never ceases to amaze me.

Same here. I'm hoping for the best.
Nonna's last interview on Contigo should suffice as evidence that she's neither mentally nor psychologically ready to be near her grandson again...

I know we are all waiting patiently for an update, but I am hoping someone can refresh my memory....

Can the rulings from Brazil (most notably from Judge Pinto) be used in NJ to bolster the case for David and to confirm Sean has suffered from PAS?   I know at some point they will be allowed to see Sean, I am just hoping that the courts honor David's request for certain stipulations.

That was my thought too. I wonder if they put a gag order out. Although it probably wouldn't apply to what can and can not be done in Brazil right? I too have been wondering for the last 2 days what has happened. I hope Sean hasn't stressed over this at all, I think there needs to be a resolution and no more court dates and fighting. Not sure if that's possible.

I saw David on Sunday. The court session was closed and it will be a few weeks before the judge renders his opinion.

The only thing I can share with you, without breaking a confidence, is that Silvana's strategy has not changed at all.

BTW do not believe anything reported in the Brazilian press, they report whatever they are told. As we know from the past some people tend to really s t r e t c h the truth for their own purposes.  rolleyes

As long as the judge can take into account the proceedings & rulings in Brazil, I don't see how he/she could go against a professional's (therpist) opinion and give her even 1/10th of what she is asking for.

I can't for the life of me think why the judge need a few weeks to give a judgement.  It seems like an open and shut case to me.  He should have just thrown the case out the door and her too.

Maybe the judge wants to do thing in Brazilian time and take 5 years to render a final judgment?  Okay, enough sarcasm.

I wish the best for David and Sean and pray that the Judge will make the correct decision.  Hoping that he/she will take into consideration PAS and the mental anguish that David went through during those 5.5 years.

I'm genuinely impressed!!  I have not seen any article or news about the trail. Nil, zilch, nada, none which is unusually rare and I think it's magic.  David and Sean can enjoy their private life especially Sean's back to school.   Good luck with the judge's verdict, five years from now.  Big Grin

I think David is a remarkable person and father.Sean is home and in school.I don`t believe Davis would let any harm come to his son from any source.Nonna is truly a nut case. She had a golden opportunity to be part of Sean`s life by just acting like a normal person. She should have begged for another chance.
I am glad this is not on TV or news.Sean needs to be out of the news.
