David already stated the rules for visitation. She can take or leave it. The judge will rule with David and for the well being of Sean.

I feel a little guilty wanting to know how this turned out. This is really a personal matter.

I will admit I don't like Nonna, I don't think she has EVER had Sean's best interest at heart and I think she needs some serious counseling. Given the chance, she'd take Sean away from David. BUT she is Sean's grandmother...even though she's never acted like one.

I trust David will always keep Sean's best interest at heart. I don't believe he intends to keep Sean's grandmother out of his life. He set visitation parameters soon after bringing Sean home...because he understands that family is important. That's something that many people never would have considered if they'd gone through what David did. That alone should tell any court that this father's love for his son knows no boundaries.

I pray that the decision by the court considers the entire saga and that Sean's best interest continues to take priority.

I am concerned because this is no precedent for this type of case, at least that I know of.  NJ has specific guidelines for grandparent visitation, and what they are asking for is way beyond what should be allowed.

Considering the PAS is well documented, I hope the judge follows David's stipulations.  Sean did reside with them for 5 years, and I just pray that the time he has had with David has solidified their bond no matter what access she is given.
