The latest is I am preparing to file in the US Supreme Court after being denied review by the Florida Supreme Court - the FL courts accept there was no jurisdiction in the US and was "unilaterally removed" from the UK by her mom, but because no other state in the US had jurisdiction Florida is allowed to take it (so they claim and they ignore the abduction from the UK).
As for the comments on my home in England - yes it was very beautiful and I worked bloody hard to get it - all gone now I'm afraid, but what I miss the most are my eldest children still in the UK but thank God for Skype!
