Kim Banister worked in Jacksonville prior to Daytona - the appellate lawyer and her are friends.  That is the connection Bree.

Carlos is also correct - Sheila has not spent a dime on lawyers with all of this.

I hope they decide to hear this case and throw the book at her for all that she has done.

Just received news from SCOTUS - there is a conference on December 10th to decide on whether to issue certiorari, i.e. whether SCOTUS will hear the case.

Thanks Jara, but this is a non-contact conference - I don't attend, it just get's determined on the briefs filed - no hearing or oral evidence at this time.
Thanks all the same - I'll update as soon as I know what's happening.

Hmmm Karl, Just curious. What is/was her "job title" with corrections. I've worked in Fl.State Corrections and some county corrections for 25 years. Wonder if I could poke around and come up with anything.

I understand she was a cook - Bay County Juvenile Detention Center, Panama City FL.  Her husband, who filed the false stalking charges which resulted in the stalking prosecution which was dismissed with prejudice earlier this year, also works as a corrections officer at the same place - he's Paul Swindell and she is Sheila Swindell.
