I just read Carlos' email as well.  WOW!  I guess, after reading her list of lies, I shouldn't put it past her to deny she was ever 'with' Carlos and that miraculously somehow she became pregnant by him.  Her lies are just unbelievably "out there".  I'm glad that he has a judge presiding over his case that has, hopefully, seen through her BS.  What a  :shitstorm she has created for herself!

From his email:  "He scheduled a single hearing to do the entire trial but we spent the whole day interviewing new witnesses that my wife presented to testify to how well adjust and happy Sage was in Mexico."

This whole idea of "well adjusted and happy" baffles me.  Sage was a BABY when he was abducted to Mexico.  OF COURSE HE IS 'well adjusted and happy' because that's all he has a memory of and she made sure of it; that's no fault of his or Carlos' though.  She should be ashamed of herself.  Sage is no one's property and he has every right to know both of his parents.  She needs to come back to the US and face the courts in NC - where she lived with her husband and where Sage was born.  I'm so proud of Carlos for fighting this fight for Sage.

As for the PA and the "key" for a bike....again, shame on her!  SICK SICK SICK  I'm glad that Sage was able to tell the judge his 'last name' and prove his mother to be what she is....a liar!
"Every parent who has a child and they tuck him in at night, or her in at night, and they wish the best and only the best and they will always protect the child and do whatever they can, but most of the time they don't have to prove it. I'm in the proving grounds, to myself and to my child.  I have to get him home and I will do whatever I have to. I'll never stop to save him."  --David Goldman

All I can is that his ex-wife is some kind of a nut job.  I hope that all her lies will come back to bite her in the behind.  Good luck Carlos.  You are in my prayers!

I can't imagine going through what you are going through, Carlos.  Hang in there, you are obviously a wonderful father and your son should be back home with you.  I hope this nightmare ends soon for you :)

UUUGHHHH... I seem to be having ZERO luck with signing up for the blog.  I've tried numerous times to log on and leave comments and it keeps bringing me back to the same start page.  Frustrating.

That being said... what I was trying to comment on the blog was this:

Carlos - sounds like really good progress.  And that 'wife' of yours  is one wicked witch.  I am thrilled to hear she was melting in the courtroom.

ChristineS,

Sorry you're having problems logging in...I've had some problems with blogger, but not yet with that.  Maybe somebody else on here who has been successful can troubleshoot for you??  I always just sign in up at the top, and if I want to leave a comment at the end of the post I click on the comments link down below the post...is this what you're doing?  I just don't know if maybe it's different for me because I'm an author...

The lying is not that unbelievable; it stems from her selfish nature. She lied about Az.. She lied every time she slept with her partner in adultery and she continues to lie in court ... to get her way, to please herself, the end justifies the means and the means she is seeking is what is best for her at the moment. She doesn't care for her little boy ... she cares for herself!!!!

Judges do not like to be lied to and a mockery made of their court.

What is amazing to me is when they are caught in their lies and the abduction court does not care . They even get caught in contempt of another court order to abduct but still they allow them to go on and proffer the courts with more and in turn costing us LBTs more money and anguish with no thought of that or our mental anguish .
Behind this smile is something only we LBP understand.

Great photographs - loved them all... again I tried to post a comment.  Bah-humbug - cannot do it...

Can't wait for the next chapter in that sweet father-son story.  If only for a little while, life between Carlos and Sage looked incredibly sweet.
