I can't understand how they can drag their feet on these hearings and pretend to not be non-compliant with the Hague. |

I wonder if there is any possibility that even though the courts are in recess for the vacation, that there is something going on behind the scenes to resolve your case (and the others) before they blow up in the international arena, something I think Brazil wants to avoid....or do you think they are enjoying the break and hoping that everyone will lose steam by the time they reconvene. I hope someone's on duty gathering information that has been sitting on some dusty shelf,preparing for the inevitable because they know when vacation is over that the *hit is gonna hit the ...

Terrible George. Are you getting any help from the Australian Government? Yes i am but the Australian Govt and Attorney Generals office could be doing a whole lot more. The typical excuss is we are waiting for Brazil to reply or get the phycological reports done etc etc. |

I know! she sat up proudly in court and just said whatever even lied and got caught out knowing that the Judge would not do anything but delay the case. Still in TRF-1. |

I have a web site provided by Central Authority which informs me of what is going on day by day, nothing has been going on with my case since late November, even then it is just "documents recieved" & "documents sent" which is somthing but mostly no big decisions. Last christmas my case stopped from Nov 25th- April 16 and since Aug 2008 nothing has happened. It is at stand still, we are waiting for another phycological report. |
