I've been quiet for some time because of commitments, especially with a new job, but I have been steadily working on trying to get the FL court to act on matters.
To date the FL court has simply remained silent on my motions for change in residency and for criminal contempt of the mom and her police officer husband. It appears the FL court is being as "prompt and effective" as ever.
I'm filing against both the State of Florida and the OCI official involved in the abduction and concealment of Emily in the U.S. with the federal court.
I'll post the law suits when I file them which should be in the next couple of weeks. In the interim, thanks to everyone who sent me emails checking in, but I am very much alive and kicking.
