CNN Initiates Coverage of Goldman Abduction Case
« on: February 26, 2009, 10:28:15 AM »
CNN picked up the story for the first time today and aired the following video segment on the "American Morning" program. We expect it to also go out to CNN International viewers around the world. Apparently CNN saw the New York Times article earlier this week and decided it was newsworthy. This is a good development, as it adds an element of international exposure of the case that we did not have previously.

I'm sure they'll air the show now, they've probably already contacted David.

It's a shame though, it shouldn't of taken this long,

they finally see it important enought to air?

and Then it it's a custody case! it should be a kidnapping case

That is great news!  We have to keep the pressure up!  I am hoping David's spirits are up and that Sean is doing okay!

Wow...this is awesome!! I'm mad it took them this long to cover the story, but at least it's being covered by them now. I'm hoping all of our emails to Larry King Live didn't go unnoticed.

I would think all of our emails had a GREAT DEAL to do with this getting on the air.

Every email we sent was addressed came with a CNN Program replies.

Too much of a coincidence that two days later the story is on CNN!!

Hi LukieD,

We sent hundreds and hundreds of emails on Tuesday to CNN.  Did they say they saw the New York Times article and that is what persuaded them to cover the story?
