Keyboard Issue

I tried to reply to or post  a message using my Ipad, and I don't get the keyboard screen.  I can logon with my user name  and password and I get the keyboard.  I am only able to reply to messages and  post if I am using my regular computer.
 
This just started after the new format.

Test from iPhone with same Apple OS as iPad.

As you can see that worked on my iPhone.

Are you tapping in the white area of the Post Reply box? That should open the iPad's keyboard.

Yes, I am.  But I am not getting the keyboard.

It works on my I phone too, but not on the Ipad

I tapped in the text box and the keyboard came up for me.  I replied via my IPad.
