There is a debate on the message boards for the New Jersey paper (the link is given above). One woman has a "who  cares" attitude and claims this was simply a "domestic squabble" and the other says this was a kidnapping. Didn't the NJ courts call this a kidnapping? Isn't that why the Hague Convention was brought up?
