Justiça americana decide que família materna irá se encontrar com Sean Goldman


Menino não fala com família materna há dois anos e meio; pai estaria impedindo o contato
A justiça dos Estados Unidos foi, pela primeira vez, favorável à família materna de Sean Goldman, adolescente filho de Bruna Bianchi, brasileira morta em 2008. Sean, que vive nos EUA com o pai, David, não vê a família materna há mais de dois anos e meio.
Em nova audiência, a justiça americana decidiu que haverá um encontro entre Sean e sua família brasileira. Para que o encontro aconteça, os advogados de David e da família de Bruna deverão entrar em um acordo e combinar uma data que seja possível para ambos os lados.
A primeira reunião marcada entre os advogados deve acontecer ainda esse mês, nos Estados Unidos

Justice of the United States decided for the first time in favor of the maternal family of  Sean Goldman, adolescent son of Bruna Bianchi, Brazilian died in 2008. Sean, who lives in the U.S. with his father, David, does not see the mother's family for more than two and a half years.
On rehearing, the U.S. court decided that there will be a meeting between Sean and his Brazilian family. For the meeting happens, the lawyers of David and Bruna's family must enter into an agreement and arrange a date that is possible for both sides.
The first scheduled meeting between lawyers should happen later this month,in  the United States

that is not an accurate description of what the court ruled. I don't think Silvana will be seeing Sean any time soon.
