Case of boy Sean

The case of Sean Goldman, 12 years, follows in a new Chapter. According to the Appeals Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, in the United States, was granted the request of the boy's Brazilian family, favoring further dispute in American Justice for the right to see it.

Since 2009 living in the United States, Sean is the target of a major court battle between David Goldman's father and the family of the mother Bruna Bianchi, who died in 2008. Sean does not come to Brazil for two years and seven months, being kept away from the family of the mother, without any contact by letter or telephone.

Silvana Bianchi, Sean's maternal grandmother, has done everything it can to visit his grandson in the United States. But David imposes conditions to which the grandmother see the grandson. Want it to be accompanied by psychologists, remove the actions that move against him and still pay $200,000 for damages by the costs that he had with lawyers during all these years.

The maternal grandmother has accepted some of the conditions, such as non-disclosure in the press of conversations with note and the withdrawal of lawsuits underway in Brazil, but does not agree with any payment required by law may.

In April, in an interview to the American channel NBC, Sean first spoke in the press about his life after returning to the United States. NBC has been widely criticized for its ethics of pay to the parent to have exclusive rights in the case, which accompanies since 2004, when Sean was taken by his mother, and even the broadcaster also funded the flight that took the boy from Brazil to the USA.

When David came to seek out Sean, disapproved the way the boy was delivered to the U.S. Embassy, surrounded by family and the Brazilian press. Now David seems to have forgotten the it was thanks to media exposure in the United States, deployed by it that he won the attention of the U.S. Government for his case, and that follows so far in an extraordinary promotional tour in the United States.

And so, in this painful dispute, unfortunately there is only one victim: Sean, a boy who at age 12, already somatic many losses; the mother, maternal grandmother, sister, friends and great part of your right to privacy, in addition to feeling more important-the right choices.

Sean Goldman was born in the United States and came with mother, Bruna Bianchi, a holiday in Brazil, and the two did not return. From then on, the biological father, the American David Goldman, began a legal battle to take the boy back. Bianchi remarried and died at birth of second daughter. In December 2009, David received an injunction from the Brazilian Court determining the return of the boy and the two went together to the United States. N the day January 8, 2010, the American TV network NBC aired a special program about the return of the two to the United States.

My guess is she will be snapped at by the judge for not doing what she was asked to do to be able to see her grandson.  This woman is nuts.  Just because she won the right to fight again in court means nothing.  She is STILL trying to control the show and it makes me sick.
