Is your ex a Mexican national? If so, it makes it even tougher to get a fair or honest result out of Mexico. Good luck in this difficult situation.

Beaner99 is a very good friend of mine and showed me this thread, including her posting. I know how many on this site feel. I've been on the rollercoaster ride. I know that you can have faith that corrupt, cynically nationalist countries like Brazil or Mexico can do the right thing, only to do very wrong things.

I would be interested in more information on H.R.3240. I've always told the USCA and the Legal Attache's Office in Mexico City that Mexico will not act on Hague cases in an honest manner unless the Mexican government sees real consequences for noncompliance. This bill shows real consequences for noncompliance.
Where can sign up for a concerted effort to get this bill through Congress?

Welcome Steve and Beaner.  I have been following David and Carlos' story for some time now.  Glad to have you on board, we are doing all we can to contact congress, and the senate on these bills so we can bring back all the children.
