A little boy went to kindergarden, and threw his hand in the air when the teacher asked who knew how to count and how high?
She pointed to little Jordan, and he beamed at everyone. She said are you counting already? He said "Oh yes! And I can count to 100!"
Wow! His teacher said, thinking there was no way, but kept her smile and encouraged him to go ahead.
Jordan, "One, Two, skip a few, 99, 100!" And you'd thought he won a gold medal.
PS. This IS a true story, my son did this, learning it from MY g'pa, his great g'pa, thinking he was really counting to 100. I still laugh til I cry when I hear them retelling that story. My g'pa taught him some doosies, being a very onery man himself. But counting to 100 for a 5 yr old 11-12 yrs ago didn't happen much.
