We appreciate everyone's help, ideas and suggestions. Our goals are to mobilize elected and diplomatic officials, lobby for media coverage, and promote public interest. We recommend the following steps:
- Sign-up for the Email List (above) to receive news on the latest developments. Join in the interactive discussions in our Forums and check the Blog for news and updates and add a comment.
- Sign the Care2 Online Petition in support of David and forward the link to your friends, family, and co-workers.
- Contact your elected representatives as well as those officials involved with foreign relations, human rights and children's issues.
- Contact your local and national media. Post messages on your favorite blogs, social and personal web sites and help spread the news of David and Sean's tragic story.
REMEMBER: Always be civil and direct people to this web site for more information.
Since the airing of David's story September 24th on the Today Show, we have made good progress in helping to bring Sean home, but more work needs to be done. Please, we encourage you to reach out to the people below. Call them, email them, contact them in any way possible to let them know that David needs their help. Tell them that this situation is a human tragedy that needs to be corrected soon. Encourage your friends to do the same. These are the people that can make a difference and help David bring his son home quickly.
For all contacts PLEASE take the time to call these people IN ADDITION to sending emails and letters. Even if you end up having a ten second conversation with a less-than-helpful staffer, they will get the message that we mean business.
